SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 7 calendar days of placing your order and will be sent via standard shipping methods.
Orders will be delivered within 3 weeks from the date your package has been shipped (the delivery time may be extended and depends on the recipient's country).
Kyrgyzstan: self-pickup from the shop (Caravan Mall, 3 flour, D-14 boutique) or Pony Express delivery in 1-3 days.
Russia and Kazakhstan: Pony Express/CDEK/DPD shipping based on the weight of the order.
THE REST OF THE WORLD:
Governmental Kyrgyz Postal Service shipping based on the weight of the order.
All orders ship from Bishkek city, Kyrgyzstan.
*IMPORTANT:
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
We are not responsible for the work of the recipient country's post (loss, damage etc.).
If for some reason you could not pick up the goods from the post office or the post office of your country did not deliver the parcel to you and sent it back to us, then we withhold the delivery amount upon refund.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to love every item you buy with us, so we have a 100% refund policy for ANY reason for unworn garments returned within 30 days of receipt. Just send back the product in new, unused condition, with the tags on and in original packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability, and also available for international orders. However, the cost of delivery for any return or exchange is borne by the customer.
In order to initiate your return, please email muslimwearbk@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please put RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject line and note your sales receipt number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in your email. Once received, we will get back to you with details on where to send your return. After inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
